STAMPING
Our presses range from 45 to 200 tons in stamping capacity. Automatic material handling equipment such as reelers, cradle dereelers and coil straightners are integrated in a support role.
We stamp virtually any material such as common steels, HRP&O, spring steel, brass, aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized, electro galvanized, painted, and laminated.
We have developed a strong capacity to design and build the secondary operation equipment required to weld, stake, or tap parts and assemblies or perform combinations of these operations with minimum labor and costs.

Vlach designs and builds progressive dies, forming dies, blanking dies, compound dies.
DIE DEPARTMENT
Our tool makers have decades of experience constructing tools for metal stamping. You get only the highest quality class A tooling which we put on strict maintenance program to assure long life and consistent stampings. Tooling is guaranteed for the life of the program and maintained at no cost. With in-house sensor technology expertise in capabilities of building progressive dies, fixtures, machines , in-die assembly and automated secondary processes our toolmakers emphasize craftsmanship and attention to detail with new production technology.
In addition, we also do repairs or sharpening to your offsite owned tooling which would minimize your down time for production.
